Introduction:

Established in 2008, Supply Only Bedrooms provides an internet-based service in the construction supply sector based on over 20 years experience in self-assembly fitted bedroom furniture. The business offers a wide range of contemporary or high gloss fitted bedrooms at competitive prices with standard or made-to-order combinations available. The user-friendly online selection and ordering system is backed up by a friendly team to advise and guide customers, taking the stress out of bedroom design and construction.

The Challenge:

Interest in the company's range of products and services was increasing steadily, however, a great deal of time was being taken up dealing with telephone enquiries. The challenge was to continue to generate a flow of visitors to the website and convert interest into orders as efficiently as possible. The aim was to maximise Internet interaction and minimise telephone and direct contact.

How HOVIP helped:

Specialist marketing support from HOVIP was provided to help create a streamlined, succinct and accessible website and online ordering system, as well as development of a focused, timely and targeted marketing strategy.

A marketing strategy template was provided together with a list of communications tools so that Supply Only Bedrooms could develop an effective strategy with advice and guidance from HOVIP.
